- Consultation Intake: Contact details, application goals, and background information submitted when booking a consultation with Mirabel.
- Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.

How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To provide our AI-powered MBA admissions tools — analyzing your essays, optimizing your resume, matching you with schools, generating interview questions, and building application timelines.
- AI Processing: Profile data, essays, and resumes you submit are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) for analysis. Data is transmitted securely and is not used by the AI provider to train their models.
- Communication: To respond to contact form submissions, send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts), and — with your consent — send marketing emails about our services.
- Account Management: To authenticate you, manage your subscription, and provide access to paid features.
- Analytics & Improvement: To understand how users interact with our tools and website so we can improve them.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal requests.
